The Dunlop "Max 200G" tennis racquet was the first graphite racquet to be constructed using injection molding, rather than the standard process of compression moulding (where sheets of graphite and epoxy are hand-formed and then compressed within a mould at high temperatures).
Injection-molded graphite tennis racquet with clear gut strings painted with a black Dunlop logo on the face. The racquet frame is black with gold and green accents and lettering. Racquet has an oval head and an open throat. The grip is faceted and covered with a multi-colored grip cover.
