In his publication, The "Sturm-and-Drang" Period of Tennis Racket Constructions From Circa 1965-1995 Volume 1 (©2014), Siegfried Kuebler describes this racquet as follows: "An oversized racquet made of wood? Not vertically laminated but horizontally, similar to a sheet of plywood. Even at that time the 'feel of wood' was still asked for by many players."
Oversized laminated wood tennis racquet strung with clear (yellowed) synthetic strings. Racquet is natural wood with black overlay on front and back faces, with details in gold and green. Racquet has an open throat. Brown leather grip cover, and black plastic like butt plate.
